There are two 75 minute presentation options for parents
Parents’ Emotional Well-being Matters
Parents have a tough job. They are expected to give 100 percent no matter what is happening in their life or the world.

- Emotional Management to decrease feelings of anxiousness and stress.
- Emotional Resilience to strengthen their ability to bounce back and boost happiness.
